• Additional fee to Caregiver if the Live-In care is for more than one individual.

• Rates are in effect seven days a week.

• Caregiver rates are Market rates.

• Mileage charge is .55 per mile if Caregiver uses his/her own car for Client.

• Time and a half Holiday Rate to Caregiver and MHC for the following holidays:New Year's Eve*, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve* and Christmas Day.

• There is a 2 hour fee at the hourly rate for service cancelled fewer than 4 hours before service start time.

• Rates increase with a Third Party billing service.

*On December 24th and December 31st Time and a half begins at noon, but for Live-Ins it's all day.
